I really enjoy your workouts and the variety but hanging leg raisesโฆdude I can barely do them. Being a big person, hanging to work my abs just doesnโt feel good. I weigh about 260 and i just donโt have the grip strength to hold myself for long, let alone raise my legs up for more than 2-3 reps. Please incorporate an alternative to be able to work up to this. I want to be able to do it ๐
