I really enjoy your workouts and the variety but hanging leg raises…dude I can barely do them. Being a big person, hanging to work my abs just doesn’t feel good. I weigh about 260 and i just don’t have the grip strength to hold myself for long, let alone raise my legs up for more than 2-3 reps. Please incorporate an alternative to be able to work up to this. I want to be able to do it 🙏
