You get to keep up with me in the gym. I post my personal workouts every week and insights so you keep moving and learning!
Can I save workouts so they don't disappear?
Yes they’re archived into the categories such as the “Arms + Abs” or “Back” section. Message me what workouts you love or want to see more of. Please ask for more bicep curls... jk jk. We got a lot of those.
What type of workouts are you sharing?
You’ll be getting my personal workouts - every week. The Fighter (n): well-rounded program for turtle shell abs, v-lines, vascular biceps, bulletproof chest, strong legs, capped delts, and a wide back to make the hips look smaller. I literally love this programming - we focus on compound lifts for strength gains, accessory movements for hyper defined muscles and conditioning to torch fat.
Does the workouts require any equipment?
Yes - this is built for a gym primarily. So a barbell, dumbbells, cables, a heavy bag, and resistance bands are helpful. If you don’t have equipment - opt for the DB Edition or the Stronger at Home.
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
Overload your body with a heavy compound lift, tighten up the physique with accessory work and burn fat with conditioning. Science, baby.
Do you do the workouts too?
Hell yes - this is my gym log in app form.

Monday: Legs Tuesday: Chest + Shoulders Wednesday: Back Thursday: Arms + Abs Friday: Full Body Repeat. Workouts are posted M-F the day before at noon PST. Choose your rest days as you please.
