Killer workout! For the jump rope, play around with it for 10 min. High knees, single leg, alternating, double unders. It’s a high skill work, so just rest as needed. Add in running in place or swap for running in place if you don’t have a rope/you end up focusing solely on coordination. Get after it!

I was too lazy to go get my rope so I did 5min on 5min off alternating on the ski erg...I think I have a distorted understanding of lazy 🦥
