Goals

Yes we’ll get a 6-pack and bicep veins, but you’ll also become more powerful, stronger and conditioned to train and look like an athlete.

Training Requirements

A gym membership is preferred for most workouts. However, during this time I’ll be prioritizing home workout. Home equipment priority: dumbbells, resistance bands, and a bench.
