A good mix of machine and barbell work. We’re widening the back on pull ups and pull downs, and thickening the back with any rows. Notice how we alternate and super-set these two mechanics to build a dense wider back so your hips appear smaller hehe and you fill out your men’s M tee. P. S. Crunch your late to your hips to really feel the wires.
