First sesh. Lost me 3/4 of the way through. But hey, thatโs more than ever. Bench press was new, had not fun newbie jitters. Some of the seated stuff felt the same as the previous exercise since I didnโt grok the differences. Added some of my own familiar exercises to round it out. Whereโs the warm up?

Had 3 weeks off after 14weeks solid. Great work out getting back into things. Liked the circuits and they seamlessly flow together without having to go and get there equipment or to another machine
