During this workout period you will get to utilize some amazing advanced methods and access many great new exercisers to really help you make progress. We will increase the volume week by week. That is the key! Stay consistent and you will make some serious gains! We got this! This workout starts with sumo deadlift ladder set which is so good for getting the work in for muscle growth. We will get a lot of volume in during this workout! Always do warm up sets before working sets. Equipment: Bands and dumbbells.
