How to move was well explained, options for those less flexible in quads and low back would be good as the bigger bends weren’t possible for me

Hi, thanks for the workout, it was nice 😊. Maybe you could suggest how can I help my feet from getting cramp. Ussually this feeling occurs when I need to lenghten them like in cobra pose or similar. Thank you!
