A test I recently took revealed that my hormones are out of balance. I was advised to do more yoga, deep breathing prayer/meditation. I’ll be spending more time with you. Thank you for always providing such great content.

That arm balance came out of nowhere! Haha. But it felt good to try something challenging. I’m feeling better with each workout, easing back into this after a long break.
