Hi there, my name is Lizette Pompa. I'm so honored you have chosen to stop by and check my page and programs. I'm a Yoga Teacher and Fitness Coach. ​ I've been teaching since 2010. In 2019 I launched my Playbook app to share my love for both strength training and yoga. ​ My goal is to empower YOU to build a stronger body through weights, yoga, and movement. ​ With my strength programs, I want to create a space where women feel comfortable to start lifting weights, do yoga and be themselves.


My goal here is to help you feel stronger.

Training Requirements

My workouts can be done at home but you'll need: - Yoga mat. - A set of dumbbells. - 1 kettlebell. - Pull-up bar. - Yoga block. - Core wheel. - Ankle weights. - Resistance band. - Weight plate.
