Loved this. Challenging but fun. I started your 8 weeks programme 2 weeks ago and have been doing your yoga classes several times a week. I stopped doing yoga for some time but your classes have rekindled my love for yoga again 🥰

This was great! I’ve been lifting a lot and haven’t done yoga in maybe 6 or 8 weeks. Felt really good to ease back in with this class.

I understand that it is difficult to find easier flows… but for me the yoga part was way too much… but either way I enjoyed the class ;)
