This is such a fun class. Really challenged my balance. Our yoga classes are seriously so good for my soul. Love the focus on breathing and activation of muscles.

Loved that flow. I can’t do the pistol squat without using my hands, I have tight hamstrings and long legs and can’t get my weight forward to stand up. But I still really enjoyed that end sequence. Thank you

Loved this flow! I can’t really do the leaning back on knees part. Definitely plan to do this one regularly so that I can do the sequence at the end bit more gracefully.
