Loved playing with the knee walking! This movement practice left me feeling so energized. I really appreciate all of your reminders & encouragement throughout the session. It always keeps me focused & inspired!

That was a nice one! My legs were still sore from kettlebells Sat and HIIT Tue, so I thought I would do a slower session. Glad I did! There were enough challenging movements there (L-sit leg lifts, kneeling jump), but nothing too explosive. Great workout!
