Episode 20 is a 25-min practice focusing on spinal mobility and bridging progressions. The practice explores basic expressions of rotation and extension and builds toward full bridging and bridge rotations.

Although challenging, I love how graceful this makes me feel! Been a while since I last did this practice, but I notice clear progression since then! Also, we're creeping up on a year of my MVMT//LIFE journey!!!!!! Two more weeks!
