Bent sit switches are still way too hard for me, but I pried open my hips enough to do my FIRST EVER rolling get up on an even surface!!! Still not consistent enough to incorporate in get up + sprawl routines, but practice makes perfect! (Will stick to my figure-four get ups for routines.) Mobility has always been a weakness of mine, so I'm super stoked to see this progress :)
