Episode 14 is a 25-min practice focuses on upper body (wrist /shoulder / spine) mobility. For this one you’ll need a PVC pipe or dowel rod.

Love the smaller mobility sessions! Helps my body focus in on what it needs from exercise and movement on certain days. Good gentle workout and mindfulness flow.
