Some tough movements (pistol squats and hurdler get up were a bit too challenging) and a lot of fun. Also, any thoughts on opening up my long sit? I always envy how far you open up for that one (sounds weird but I don't know how else to say it); I can get to slightly past 90 degrees and regular hip mobility work hasn't gotten me further in the past months.
