Warm up:
2-3 sets of barbell bench press increasing the weight till your working set.
2-3 sets of shoulder circles (30-40 seconds)

Another great chest and triceps pump here ; been going more on the intensity and focus rather than how much reps I could do. Iโve been feeling these burns ๐ฅ gonna do some cable crunches and hanging knee tucks now ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
