Simple exercises yet effective tempo and intensity! Lots of controlled movements on back day. Slowing down the eccentric. Itโs the best way I can feel the mind muscle connection with the back.
Warm up with the DB rows!
I did 2-3 sets of the chest supported rows to fire up the posterior chain for the first exercise.
