As usual, 15 mins later and my shoulders are still on fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ those DB lateral raises wrapped up the workout well ! Still trying my best to up my core and upper body strength. Looking forward to that leg day tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜ˆ gonna boil these legs to noodles ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
