Warm up with the lat pulldown: 2-3 sets/10-15 reps. Start light and increase the weight each set till your working set weight. Focus on slowing most of the movements down! I find I get the best contraction and muscle breakdown with a slower paced tempo, focusing on my mind muscle connection with each rep. Have a good workout ๐Ÿ˜

Shoulders on fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ so it was another successful workout. Still struggling with the pull ups, the assisted machine is broken so I did them regular cause there wasnโ€™t any bands, I broke them up into 3 sets of 5. But hey no pain or pressure no gainโ€ฆ gotta keep pushing ๐Ÿ˜ค
