Shoulders on fire ๐ฅ๐ช๐ผ so it was another successful workout. Still struggling with the pull ups, the assisted machine is broken so I did them regular cause there wasnโt any bands, I broke them up into 3 sets of 5. But hey no pain or pressure no gainโฆ gotta keep pushing ๐ค
