Warm up:
3-4 sets of barbell bench press (10-15 reps) increase the weight 10-30% each set till your working set weight.

And thatโs a wrap on chest, triโs and shoulders. Great to be back ! Boutta hit some core now ๐ฅ definitely loved the challenge of the handstand push ups . Will be practicing that more daily !
