BRO THIS WORKOUT WAS FIRE 🔥😳😤 THE BURN AND INTENSITY WAS TO THE MAX. I loved this leg day, felt it through the core. New PR today too 🥳 was able to squat 90lbs but in 3 sets of 5. Awesome leg day sesh bro, keep ‘em coming 🏋️‍♀️
