- Row to your belly button keeping your elbows tight 
- Maintain the curvature in your lower back and avoid swinging or bouncing

- Roll your shoulders back 
- Raise your shoulders engaging your traps

Behind the back weighted shrugs

Alternating plate shrug holds

-Make sure the opposite end of the barbell has a high leverage point 
- Hold end of Barbell with hands clasped together 
- Row to your chest, hold, and control down

Barbell Landmine close row variation

- Grab single plate
- Lower into a wide stance bent over position 
- Row plate to chest, hold for 1-3 seconds
- Lower plate and repeat
