This workout was felt to the core. The burn in my arms was unrealistic. If the rep prior to burnout was 15 , I doubled and maxed out ! A massive arm workout ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ
