This is a hardcore workout because of its simplicity; it brings that tension not from a machine but our physical Bodyweight and DBโ€™s. I love these type of workouts , it somewhat burns you out and is felt through each targeted leg muscle. This was felt through each lunge for sure ๐Ÿ˜‚
