As I write this review, Iโm on the ground because I canโt walk ๐คฃ this was a massive leg day. I always push and max out leg day but today is different in a good way. We saw stars and we maxed out as always; took the necessary breaks & hydrated. The hamstrings & calves are burning so it was a solid all round workout w/ no interference from Charlieโs horse !
