Back at the grind, solid leg day and about to hit the core now. This routine was one with sweat to no return ! The burn for the quads and calves is insane ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ gotta love leg day and growing these twigs to tree trunks .
