Short but sweet leg day workout, legs arent fully soft noodles but if we limping then leg day was a success. Calves are on fire and the squats burned the entire leg, took more rest time but pushed through. Gotta love leg days ๐ช๐ผ๐ฅ๐ฎโ๐จ๐๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
