Those cable flys left my chest on fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ wanted to do the leg day but I got an appointment on Wednesday and I need to be walking ๐Ÿคฃ so for now leg day will have to wait . Great chest pump today ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
