Warm up:
- 3x30 seconds of shoulder circles
- 2-3 sets of bench press, increasing the weight each set.

Those cable flys left my chest on fire ๐ฅ wanted to do the leg day but I got an appointment on Wednesday and I need to be walking ๐คฃ so for now leg day will have to wait . Great chest pump today ๐ช๐ผ
