Another solid workout burn, shoulders and lats are on fire ๐ฅ the DOMS from leg day killed today but thatโs lower body, dragged my ass to the gym cause we can still destroy the upper body ๐๐ช๐ผ๐ฎโ๐จ๐ฅ sweat + pain = gainz
