Another solid workout burn, shoulders and lats are on fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ the DOMS from leg day killed today but thatโ€™s lower body, dragged my ass to the gym cause we can still destroy the upper body ๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ”ฅ sweat + pain = gainz
