Looking forward to a foam rolling session. Would love to see the sequence of how you foam roll. I don’t enjoy the foam roll; but perhaps it’s not meant to be enjoyable lol 🤷‍♀️ I have mostly felt better afterwards I always feel like I’m not doing it properly. I tend to place tension on my upper body when rolling out my calves/ lower body
