Had some tight, sore hip muscles… Did the stretches before hand, but was so excited to meet friends finally for a run instead of a lonely treadmill… We all work for the school district and it has been very long strung out work days that we were just excited to run in a pretty decent snowstorm with horrible horrible footing, and I try to keep up with them because I was excited… Unfortunately my left hip muscle is pretty tight and sore!! So I think my little six week plan might ultra a little bit for tomorrow!!
