Could not figure out a heart rate under 140. The best i could do was speed walk a 14 min mile. Jogging at that pace, my heart rate would jump to 150s.
Great exercises. Wish I could scroll through rather than the back and forth.

First day back on the trails since my 55K last Saturday. Did 6.28 miles in 60 minutes and kept the HR at a 135 Avg. The additional leg work is awesome and where I really need to focus. 🙏🏼😁
