Could not figure out a heart rate under 140. The best i could do was speed walk a 14 min mile. Jogging at that pace, my heart rate would jump to 150s. Great exercises. Wish I could scroll through rather than the back and forth.

Great double. Working on aerobic running (very slow process) and looking forward to seeing my strength improve. Single leg moves really are eye openers!!

First day back on the trails since my 55K last Saturday. Did 6.28 miles in 60 minutes and kept the HR at a 135 Avg. The additional leg work is awesome and where I really need to focus. 🙏🏼😁
