Didn’t feel like it…but after I warmed up I found my energy! Ended up doing all 5 rounds and gave my best effort- the burpees got my heart rate up the most!

I haven't done burpees in 20 years and I haven't forgotten why lol! Super nice to have the variation in workouts! I liked the challenge!

That was terrible and amazing at the same time. Round 5 was a suckfest, but happy to have done all 5.
