Run felt great, did treadmill for 5.69 miles at Avg HR 125. Loving the short strength sessions afterward. I feel like this has been the missing component. Structure and follow through 🙏🏼😁🥵

Had to mix up the week so I included a sauna and mobility. Then, instead of the aerobic run, did a low impact Peloton ride, then strength. Feeling pretty good! Sore but no pain. Excited for my long trail run tomorrow! Let’s gooo!!!
