I'm having a hard time figuring out my aerobic heart rate. Under 140 just doesn't happen unless I'm walking, and then it goes in the 120's🤷‍♀️

More speed work, felt great. 40 Min run @ Avg HR 132 followed by 6 x 20 Sec Strides. The circuit at the end was the icing on the cake 🎂🙏🏼😁
