A little late to the game but started the 6 week work out. I had a pretty hard fall on a run a few weeks ago so am walking my dogs and doing yoga and Pilates and can’t wait to get back into running. I walked double the amount you had for running on day 1 and just completed the post workout. A little surprised how threes exercises e(especially the last one) is not easy!
