I woke up feeling like a train wreck. Everything ached. A hot bath, a soy matcha latte, and a date with the massage gun has me feeling ready to tackle tomorrow’s workout.

Took my dog for a walk and did 40 minutes of yoga/mobility. It feels so good to move gently, which is what I love about this program. When I come up with my own schedule, I don’t program recovery well. I’m excited for this week!
