It was great. Really enjoy the workouts and format. One suggestion is offering modifications for anyone who canβt complete a move. Showing a full progression.
For example i canβt do a full burpee yet. Used a chair rather than going to the floor.
Just a thought for those of us on the beginning of the journey. Thanks!
