Whether you are hitting one of my own minimalist or beginner workouts, or surfing around to other fitness professional profiles, there are programs posted in the app for any level of fitness. Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! I have workouts and programs, along with other trainers on The Daily FLO app, that DO NOT require equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells, kettlebells, or a yoga mat) and some that require access to a full gym. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
How often will you put out new workouts?
Every. Single. Week! You can follow along with my own personal daily workouts sessions or try out any of my pre-written programs.
Can I message you with questions if I have them?
