Form over everything this week!! You should be going heavier on the lower reps compared to last week's 50s. BUT know when it's time to lighten up if your form is slipping.

The 2 pause deadlift did not have a timer, and I think it would have been better with breaks between. Also my ass is too big for behind the back shrugs like that.
