Not your typical WOW. This one is very foot focused to really wake up the feet, shins and calves. I put 2 rounds of each set but if this much foot work is new to you, I’d suggest a single round of each to start. Let me know what you think!

Gold focus on push of forefoot here.
I’ve been wondering whether the loss of this ‘drive’ from foot (up through glut/ extensors) might be a player in falls later in life. Great sequence, length and build- many thanks Jill
