The splitting into planes is very helpful. Before and after showed better pelvis control and ability to isolate from hip moves- well crafted Jill!

I love hearing (however brief) attention to the foot for each and every exercise when dealing with pelvis, hip and legs. My foot has acquired some bad habits, which I am slowly unraveling.

Lower back and pelvis felt better after completing this. I was not as stiff and my pain levels were down post workout.
