I loved this workout. Exactly what my hips and body needed. Thanks Jill! One small comment on technical side…the volume is different on every video. Is there a way to normalize it all, so volume doesn’t need constant adjusting by the user? Love what you’re doing here 🙌🏼🫶🏼
