I definitely felt both my feet more engaged by the end of this workout. Any tips to help with the press crouch? I find it really difficult for me to do even holding on to a chair I just collapse halfway down.

This workout will increase your body awareness to facilitate movement. It’s amazing how putting pressure into the foot impacts the entire body. The specific cues from Jill are excellent as always. Thanks Jill!
