#95 Short Split Squats 2 Ways

In this session, there are two main circuits. Both featuring short split squats but with different ways of pairing. One more for quads and one more for glutes. Fun warm up with an accessory circuit at the end for upper body and hamstrings. Equipment: barbell/dumbells, foam roller

The rounded back alternating rows make me nervous- always worried will hurt my lower back but did them slowly and was ok. Really liked circuit 4

Could not do that hamstring curl at the end on one foot so I switched to both at the same time and that made it doable. But lots of gripping in my pelvic floor so I probably need to regress this one more and practice more! My hamstrings are so hard to find until I do and I realize how weak they are 🫣
