WOW #97 Cable/Band Upper and Lower Body

I love the side to side challenge of this one. Obliques, lateral glutes (glute med) and adductors will be challenged in a really subtle but supportive way. ⭐️ You will definitely need a cable system or resistance band. I’ve made the setup simple by breaking the circuits up into high and waist height band placement so you don’t have to move it all around from exercise to exercise.
