This is definitely a new favorite. Question.. In the step up exercise, why do you emphasize the top foot pressing down vs the bottom foot pushing off? I also felt like this split squat variation was helpful for me (less wobbly) I put a pad under my back knee to give a bit of reference on how low to go.
