I honestly didn’t realize how intense this would be. It also works the entire body. I love the integrated movements that work the muscles in a coordinated way like we do in real life. As a chronic pain sufferer and having hypermobility these workouts so far are really doing the “reset”!

The hip split squat with hamstring pull- genius. And the other split squat with hips rotated internally- great! Never thought of these- thank you!! I’m going to use them with my patients!
